How fast can we get up and running?
Most teams are live in two days: import your vendor list, configure a questionnaire, and send. Deeper integrations — SSO, your GRC tool, the ticketing system your team already lives in — usually land inside the first two weeks.
Do you offer custom pricing for larger vendor portfolios?
Yes. Above 250 vendors the Enterprise tier is priced per portfolio rather than per seat, and it includes the security review your procurement team will ask us for. Tell us your rough vendor count and we will come back with a number.
Is our vendor data secure with Urengi?
SOC 2 Type II certified. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and vendor responses are never shared across customers — the same answer we give the questionnaires our own customers send us.
